ABOUT US

 

Rooted in Waco, Texas, Plum's doors first opened in August 2010 under the vision of a young, industry-experienced team. Over the last 5 years, thoughtful and creative selection of products has enabled Plum to grow quickly and to expand its store to the web.

Plum's focus includes original looks in women’s apparel, as well as an eclectic mix of fresh jewelry pieces, heartfelt gifts, warm home accents, and unique accessories.

Plum's growth and love of community has resulted in the addition of products from several local artisans, which has become a source of pride. Plum is also proud to support The 254 Creative, a local organization that hosts community-fostering events to bring crafty women together.

 

SHIPPING

 

The Plum team cares for each order by hand with extra attention to detail, assuring that each client’s transaction is enjoyable and memorable.

Plum currently ships to the United States through the US Postal Service. Orders are processed within 3 business days. Most shipments arrive in 4-11 business days.

Shipping cost is unique to each individual item.

Any and all information given to plumtique.com is kept confidential. Plum does not sell customer information to any third party or share it with outside sources.

 

RETURN POLICY

 

The Plum team strives to ensure that every customer is completely satisfied with their purchase. Returns are accepted up to 14 days from the date of shipment.

To be eligible for return:

  • Items must be in the original condition in which they were received. The items must have their original tags and be unwashed, unworn, and undamaged.
  • Jewelry and sale items are not eligible for return.
  • Original and return shipping fees are nonrefundable. Shipping and handling charges will be refunded only in cases in which the Plum team makes an error.

Exchanges can only be accepted for the same item in a different size and are subject to availability. To be eligible for exchange, the Plum team must approve ahead of time via contact@plumtique.com.
