Plum is getting excited about Valentine’s Day! A day where you get to wear red and pink for fun and when you hopefully get a little treat from your honey.

We have found this great little tutorial for you to bring V-day to life!  (via www.craftzine.com)

You will need:

Colored Paper (we used construction paper and it is a bit flimsy so scrapbook paper may be better)

Stapler

Pencil

Ruler

Scissors

Step 1: Cut paper into 1 inch x 6 inch strips

Step 2: Take two strips and staple them together on one end

Step 3: Bend the stapled strips around to match the unstapled ends together, creating a heart shape. Layer 2 more strips, one on each side, aligning all 4 ends. Staple through all 4 layers.

Step 4: Repeat Step 3 and bend the last stapled strips around, layering 2 more strips, and stapling through all 4 layers.

Step 5: Repeat until you have the length you would like!
